Michele is a registered trade mark, industrial design and patent attorney and has a broad spectrum of intellectual property, information technology and corporate and commercial experience.

She has advised clients in strategising the exploitation and commercialisation of their intellectual property rights. She has advised on the arrangements for the acquisition of the intellectual property rights including strategic partnership established to create intellectual property by way of joint ventures, consultancy agreements and licensing of intellectual property rights. She has also advised Malaysian and Foreign MNCs on strategies for licensing, franchising of business system, branding and global protection of their intellectual property rights and has also advised a major international software company in the protection of their intellectual property rights and advised on their anti-piracy campaign strategies.
