Yohan has considerable experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and restructurings. In addition, he advises listed companies on their submissions to regulatory authorities including the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (now known as the Bursa Malaysia) and the Securities Commission in relation to various types of corporate exercises.

Recently, he was involved in the merger of banks in Malaysia as well as various restructuring and takeover exercises. He also advises on initial public offerings and company floatations.

Yohan has been involved in several international projects including negotiations for the construction, financing and erection of a 5 star hotel in Durban, South Africa and mixed property development and the acquisition of an engineering practice in the Republic of South Africa. He has also been involved in oil and gas related work in Uzbekistan, highway construction and privatization work in India and entertainment, management and licensing agreements in Australia.
