Mook San heads the firm's practices in the northern Malaysian State of Penang. He leads a team of lawyers providing legal services in a broad spectrum of areas which include corporate advisory, corporate and retail banking, credit and finance, conveyancing and property development and a general litigation practice with emphasis on arbitration, commercial law, banking, hire purchase, leasing and land law.

Mook San has extensive litigation experience in the areas of banking and finance, hire purchase and leasing, arbitration, corporate advisory, receivership and bankruptcy and general debt recovery. He also oversees the conveyancing department of our Penang office.
